Aligned Modern Health (“AMH”) is seeking an outstanding, experienced Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian to join our Functional Medicine and Clinical Nutrition team to cover several north/northwest suburban locations (including Mount Prospect, Deerfield, Vernon Hills, and Kildeer). Our Functional Medicine practice currently consists of 20 licensed Functional Medicine Physicians and five Licensed Dietitian Nutritionists. We provide outstanding patient care combined with best-in-class customer experience.
