Job Description:
\- Manage and address software support tickets promptly.
\- Support and enhance daily operations of company systems and processes.
\- Document and monitor inquiries using a problem management database, maintaining a detailed history of issues and their resolutions through timely follow-ups on incidents and service requests.
\- Communicate technical information effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse range of end-users.
\- Assist in the setup and training of new hardware and software for internal and external employees, emphasizing best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities.
\- Coordinate advanced issue resolutions with appropriate teams.
\- Report to the IT Manager on project progress and daily tasks.
\- Image desktops/laptops regularly for Network Store setups (new/existing stores, remodels, and acquisitions).
\- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and editing articles and processes.
\- Provide support for current and future Company Technologies, with training provided as needed.
\- Collaborate with functional teams to maintain and support internal and external users.
\- Proficient in POS systems, Office 365, Citrix ShareFile, laptop setup, remote troubleshooting, MFC and Thermal printing, handheld scanners, and workstation/laptop imaging.
\- Manage, create, and close Help Desk Ticketing system requests with detailed information.
\- Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting Jushi Business Policies and reinforcing technology program best practices in stores.
\- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
\- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
\- 1-2+ years of IT experience.
\- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, etc., are preferred.
