Aligned Solutions is a retained search partner for the pivotal role or Chief Operating Officer (COO), for an international company based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
The COO will be overseeing all operational facets of the organization with a specific focus on manufacturing stabilizers and hydraulic power systems for luxury yachts, small commercial vessels, and military ships. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will lead a global team, driving excellence, efficiency, and innovation across all departments to ensure the company's strategic objectives are met and sustained growth is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:

3\. Operational Excellence: • Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes, optimizing efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
4\. Team Management: • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5\. Collaboration: • Facilitate collaboration among departments and entities to streamline operations and drive synergy.
6\. Quality Assurance: • Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain product excellence and meet customer expectations consistently.
7\. Research and Development: • Stay abreast of industry trends and drive innovation and R&D efforts to enhance product performance and features.
8\. Supply Chain Management: • Manage the supply chain, including procurement of raw materials and components, to ensure uninterrupted production.
