The VP, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will oversee all aspects of the organization's human capital. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management and Development:
- Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts to attract, develop, and retain a skilled and diverse workforce.
- Oversee performance management processes, career development, and succession planning to nurture and grow talent within the organization.
- Establish training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company's values, ethics, and goals.
- Implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
- Promote open communication, inclusivity, and a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
