eCommerce Account Associate needed in Broward County!
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration.
- Buyer and Sales Rep Communications.
- Pricing & Reporting Collaboration.
- Product Performance Analysis.
- Sales Operations Support for all E-com Accounts.
- Promotional Planning.
- Administrative Tasks as assigned by manager.
- Execute New Item Setup including but not limited to: Photography, Videography, Content, Swatch Order, Specifications Sheet and PDF/Premium Enhanced Content.
- Manage Item Updates, Pricing, Photography and Content Updates, including daily and weekly SKU/Item Monitoring.
- Oversee Content Requests Projects provided by analytics across different categories.
- Conduct Promotional Audits including but not limited to: Image and video updates and content corrections, pricing
updates.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have expert knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central (1P & 3P Accounts)
- Detail oriented critical thinker who is an expert in excel and loves data
- Minimum 1-3 Years' Experience Managing Amazon.com accounts and Omnichannel business
- Must have an understanding of EDI and transaction codes and supply chain.
