Aligned Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Finance for a well respected company in West Palm Beach, FL. This position requires on-site work. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Financial Strategy and Planning:

\- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

\- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic priorities.

\- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by senior management and the board of directors.

2\. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

\- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

\- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements, including GAAP and relevant industry standards.

\- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency.

3\. Treasury and Cash Management:

\- Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and mitigate risk.

\- Develop and implement strategies for cash management, investment, and capital allocation to support growth objectives.

\- Monitor banking relationships and negotiate financing agreements to secure favorable terms for the organization.

4\. Financial Operations and Systems:

\- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

\- Evaluate and implement financial systems and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

\- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial operations and reduce costs.

5\. Risk Management and Compliance:

\- Identify and assess financial risks facing the organization and develop strategies to mitigate and manage those risks.

\- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings, licensing, and statutory reporting.

\- Establish and maintain a robust internal control environment to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or misappropriation.

6\. Leadership and Team Development:

\- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

\- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the finance department, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to achieve objectives.

\- Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

\- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

\- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.

\- Deep understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices, with a focus on strategic planning and risk management.

\- Proven leadership and team-building abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.
