Position Overview:
The Director of the Client Accounting Services Department plays a key role in establishing, implementing, and enforcing departmental policies and procedures. This position is responsible for ensuring the department's efficient and timely execution of bookkeeping, compiled financial statements, and payroll-related projects for the firm's clients.
Job Summary:
Moreover, the candidate will assume leadership of the Client Accounting Service Department for the firm and will oversee various staff mentoring and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

\- Proficiency in QuickBooks online and desktop applications.

Responsibilities:
\- Review and assess monthly/quarterly financial statements.

\- Monitor and evaluate accounting systems and procedures to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
