The Business Intelligence Analyst role entails crafting, evolving, and executing the strategy for data consolidation and report generation within our SAP Business One ERP system. This role encompasses the creation, management, and enhancement of databases that capture raw data from SAP, alongside the design and provisioning of business intelligence tools and reports. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Creating and refining PowerBI reports and dashboards tailored to the business's needs.
• Extracting, formatting, and delivering meaningful insights for financial and operational reporting.
• Conducting monthly KPI analyses to inform business decisions.
• Updating documentation and reports to reflect changes in business operations and structures.
• Establishing and enhancing reporting and BI protocols for integrating new business divisions.
• Serving as the primary knowledge resource within the local team and the initial point of contact for user and report queries.
• Working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams during project design and execution phases.
• Proactively identifying and proposing enhancements to business processes.
• Fulfilling other responsibilities as they arise.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in business intelligence and report creation.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL/DAX.
• At least 2 years of experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with PowerApps and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior exposure to SAP Business One is advantageous but not mandatory.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.
