  • Responsibilities

    The Chief of Staff to the CEO will be responsible for supporting the CEO in various aspects of their role and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments, while optimizing time efficiency and prioritizing tasks.

    Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all travel logistics for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and other necessary arrangements.

    Meeting Management: Attend meetings alongside the CEO, take comprehensive notes, and ensure action items and follow-up tasks are documented and communicated effectively.

    Follow-up Coordination: Develop and maintain a follow-up list for action items arising from meetings, organize follow-up meetings/calls as needed, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

    Field Support: Occasionally accompany the CEO on visits to field locations, providing logistical support and assistance as required.

    Speaking Events: Organize and coordinate speaking engagements and public appearances for the CEO, including event logistics and preparation.

    Communication Support: Assist the CEO in drafting scripts, speeches, and press releases, ensuring messaging aligns with the company's objectives and values.

    Data Analysis: Support the CEO in analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial models, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

    Other Duties as Assigned
