    A rapidly growing professional services firm based in VA, that specializes in construction management, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    \- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both cleared and non-cleared professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

    \- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the GovCon industry.

    \- Cultivate and sustain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and criteria.

    \- Utilize Lever, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and optimize the recruitment workflow.

    \- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies regarding recruitment of cleared professionals.

    \- Offer guidance and assistance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and selection best practices.

    \- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights to inform recruitment strategies.

    \- Conduct regular analysis of recruitment data to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.

    \- Mentor and empower the existing recruitment team, providing support to enhance their skills and productivity.

    Qualifications:

    \- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    \- Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience within the GovCon sector, focusing on cleared professionals.

    \- Total of 8-12 years of recruiting experience.

    \- Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

    \- Proficiency in Lever (ATS) for managing candidate pipelines and streamlining recruitment workflows.

    \- Thorough understanding of federal regulations and compliance requirements related to recruiting cleared professionals.

    \- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.

    \- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

    \- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
