Alignment Healing Center is looking for a caring mental health therapist dedicated to providing the best possible therapeutic service to our patients. Our team collaborates with all modalities to provide whole-person care. You will be part of a team of Holistic Healers and must be passionate about whole-person care! This is a swing shift position - days and times can be flexible. The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years of clinical experience treating mental health patients and an active license to provide master level Mental Health treatment. Responsibilities: Reassess patient situations and provide appropriate follow-up care based on their current needs Assist with intervention for patients when a crisis occurs Develop specific therapy plans with goals and objectives for individual patients Refer patients and family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary Use patient medical information, interviews, observation, and testing as well as collaboration with other staff members to determine a patient’s mental health status Qualifications: 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with mental health patients is required Current and unrestricted state license as an LMHC (licensed mental health counselor) or equivalent Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work or related field Compensation: $90,000 per year DOE
