The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for configuring client templates, making necessary changes and utilizing internal resources to ensure timely and accurate completion.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Configure templates to provide templated assets that assist clients in maintaining brand and legal compliance and results in client retention and increase in revenue.
• Interacts with clients and internal team members to understand client business rules and requirements so that products on Vya systems are set up correctly and can be ordered, which results in an increase in revenue.
• Configures HTML assets (such as email, landing page, surveys, etc.) that assist clients in maintaining brand and legal compliance and results in client retention and increase in revenue.
• Assist in the preflighting of print and template files during high volume peaks.

What we are looking for:

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
• Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• MUST have great attention to detail while working at a fast pace
• Light experience with the use of Excel is required

Job Functions:

• Collaborates with Client Support on assessing template setup and needs of clients.
• Communicates estimated completion times to Customers and notifies them of any changes or updates. Makes the Director of Client Engagement aware of any capacity issues.
• Receives template request from customers; sends appropriate files to pre-press, receives files back from pre-press (requests changes if needed) and accurately sets up in Vya systems (includes setting up campaigns, enrollment forms, blueprints, setting up the blocks on PDF files), pushes templates for approval to Client Support Specialists and Account Managers as needed. Escalates any complex templates for assistance.
• Codes HTML templates and requests based on requests within system.
• Sets up and updates pricing tables based on print specs for assets held on Vya systems.
• Creates and connects inventory options to the corresponding templates as needed.
• Coordinate with production team on paper specs, height, width, and weight as needed to properly configure templates.

• Assists Production Manager with issues printing templates, troubleshoots issues and resolves as necessary.
