    JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you a seasoned Livestream Marketing Manager with a passion for livestreaming, marketing, and selling? Are you a builder, ready to help shape a new community? Do you have a strong vision for what livestreaming communities need? If this sounds like you, great, as AQI looking for a Cross Category Livestream Marketing Manager to join our growing team! The primary responsibility of the job is to build and strengthen our community by using brand(s) in storytelling content, while driving sales, traffic, and interest. Utilizing all live streaming platforms, including but not limited to our website (jb LIVE), Facebook, Instagram Twitter, Tik Tok, and Pinterest. The Livestream Marketing Manager is responsible for the daily monitoring and engaging of customers across multiple channels, as well as intricate monthly reports on growth. This role requires close involvement with the internal marketing, design, and product development teams to execute jb LIVE streams and product launches during episodes.

     

    jbLIVE is a new LIVE shopping experience at jellybeet.com where we preview new and exclusive product launches, play games, give our audience a chance to win prizes and interact with them in REAL-TIME directly on our site! This shopatainment experience is one of a kind and we believe in giving our customers an experience they will remember and enjoy while being a part of the community we have shaped.

     

    This position will allow you to be creative behind the scenes and bring high energy in front of the camera while collaborating, communicating, and delivering a FUN digital marketing message to our audience and becoming the brand voice for jellybeet.

    This role is focused on livestreaming, project management, and strategic objectives. The Livestream Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and troubleshooting of live and recorded events.

    A successful candidate will be able a self-starter who can work fast, manage multiple priorities, and possesses extreme attention to detail. They will be able to manage complex client relations and work efficiently across internal departments, complete complex projects quickly and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. The ideal candidate will have experience with social media, particularly livestreaming, and will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically when planning and executing shows.

     

    jellybeet’s livestreaming shopping platform is designed to connect to existing customer base while attracting new customers by showcasing our merchandise in real time. An integral part of the Livestream Marketing Manager’s role is to fire up the Host to drive viewership, engagement, and sales by highlighting the features, benefits, and exclusivity of merchandise on jellybeet’s platform while maintaining high engagement and returning viewership.

     

    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ·       Build and lead the livestream team to brainstorm and execute department goals, brainstorm show ideas/segments/ways to promote the new product and brand launches, building brand loyalty, etc..

    ·       Present each show in front of the camera.

    ·       Define tasks and required resources needed per broadcast and post show KPI’s.

    ·       Create schedule, themed episodes and manage project timeline(s), while defining each project scope, goals, and deliverables per broadcast series.

    ·       While livestreaming, respond to real-time customer inquiries to help reduce any purchasing hurdles.

    ·       Set up and maintain a content calendar to align with social media, jellybeet.com and email calendars to the live events.

    ·       Collaborate with the social media team and other departments, to develop marketing strategies to help promote the live show through Instagram, Facebook, and other media channels while building out jbLIVE’s fanbase.

    ·       Recruit guests to appear on the live shows to add expertise, variety, and entertainment.

    ·       Train guests and meet with them prior to the show to review all content.

    ·       Studio environment management of backdrops, themes, props, etc.

    ·       Shoot daily segments, shoot videos, etc. for the daily live shows and pre-recorded content.

    ·       Commitment to a minimum of 3 livestreams per week which will increase over time as we gain viewership.

    ·       Set measurable goals and continually track, evaluate, and forecast influencer analytics and Key Performance Indicators and utilize this feedback and data points to enhance future experiences.

    ·       Provide feedback and recommendations on how to further improve the shows effectiveness.

    ·       Develop run-of-show documents and necessary training materials.

    ·       Supervise or execute post-event archiving, hosting, and production of deliverables.

     

    PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    ·       3+ years of Entertainment Marketing experience, livestreaming focus highly preferred

    ·       3 + years of experience working in project management that involves heavy cross functional team collaboration.

    ·       3+ years’ associated experience (Social Media/Community Management)

    ·       Understanding of live services and the complexities of running a live product.

    ·       Management of livestream videos, including watching for comments and questions.

    ·       Demonstrate experience with live-streaming software.

    ·       A Team player with the ability to engage on all levels of the organization.  Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

    ·       A proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving projects to completion with minimal guidance.

    ·       Strong interest in entertainment and digital content; understanding of the media landscape and major trends in the industry.

    ·       Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.

    ·       Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.

    ·       Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.

    ·       Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.

    ·       Experience coordinating livestream entertainment.

    ·       Ability to work in a small team setting with quick turnarounds times.

    ·       Relentless commitment to quality and efficiency.

    ·       Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    ·       Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
