    Description

    This is a senior-level role. An ideal candidate would thrive on a small engineering team and are excited to solve open-ended problems across the stack.

    Responsibilities

    ·         Responsible for the entirety of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployments and maintenance

    ·         Take ownership of maintaining and improving customer-facing website

    ·         Participate in the conversion of existing in-house applications to modern web apps

    ·         Provide guidance and expertise on proven or upcoming technology and how it impacts the existing IT organization

    ·         Refactor or otherwise implement functional testing into existing code and applications

    Requirements

    ·         10+ years of solid full stack web development experience using test-driven development with an object-oriented language

    o   Backend:  relational databases (SQL Server), ORMs (Entity Framework), and SOAP or XML

    o   Front-end: HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, CSS & Sass

    o   Experience with API, Node

    ·         Experience deploying and scaling web applications on AWS

    ·         Proven track record of owning and modernizing a legacy codebase to new, proven frameworks and technology

    ·         Expert in C# or Java and a Dependency Injection framework such as Autofac and Unity

    ·         Proficient with .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Web API, and .NET Core.

    ·         Experience using Git or another version control system and a CI/CD pipeline

    ·         Experience with Angular, Typescript, React Js, Vue.js, or node.js a plus

    ·         Experience in financial services, payments, processing, and/or small and medium businesses a plus
