  • Responsibilities
    • 5 years of Experience producing standards-compliant websites, services and applications utilizing HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#.Net, AJAX, jQuery and a content management system (CMS) (e.g. Umbraco, Drupal, WordPress)
    • 5 years of Intermediate relational database systems administration (e.g. Microsoft SQL, MySQL) including entity creation (e.g. instances, databases, tables), T-SQL query/stored procedures/function design, general server maintenance and backup/recovery operations
    • 4 years of Intermediate administration of Windows web services environments including Internet Information Services (IIS)/SQL Server/.NET Framework systems
    • 3 years of Experience in user experience (UX) front-end development including prototyping, wireframes and information architecture
    • 3 years of Experience utilizing Bootstrap, CSS pre-compliers and font-based icons to build responsive and engaging experiences with future ready web technologies
    • 3 years of Technical requirements gathering and documentation experience
    • 3 years of Experience with issue tracking systems, SCRUM/Agile project management, planning and timeline estimation
    • 3 years of Experience utilizing GIT source version control systems
    • 3 years of Intermediate proficiency with the Adobe s Creative Suite, including Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat
    • 3 years of Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
    • 1 year of Experience deploying web sites to cloud hosted platforms (e.g. Azure, Amazon, Rackspace)
    • Must continuously maintain working knowledge of cutting-edge UX front-end development practices and technology changes (e.g. responsive design, HTML 5, canvas, SVG, media queries, CSS3)
    • Possess a working knowledge of cybersecurity standards and industry best practices
    • Strong customer service skills including the ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
    • Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Must be available for after-hours/weekend work on a periodic basis and able to share on call rotation duties for 24/7 emergency support
    • Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation
