Seeking  an enthusiastic data expert to be part of an exciting team focused on maturing our client’s data and analytics standards and processes to implement and maintain a consistent agency-wide structure for classifying, defining, securing, integrating, and finding data and information. Reports to Data Management Officer, within the Information Management Division (IMD). The Worker will facilitate work sessions and assist in creating and maintaining data collection and data sharing artifacts. Manage data requirements and facilitate work sessions to identify stewards, custodians, owners, systems, and processes. Document information value chain, mapping data to technology, business processes, and functions. Collaborate with business units to drive adoption of data policies and standards. Must have working knowledge and experience in data governance, master data management, data quality, data warehousing, business intelligence, data modeling, data analysis, metadata management, and data architecture. Must be an experienced data expert with proven ability to analyze data sharing agreements and develop data policies, standards, procedures, and data flow diagrams. Must be skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as enjoy working with people in an office setting. Works under minimal supervision, with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS(Required): __

• 6 years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and standardizing data collection and data sharing agreements, processes, and methodologies.
• 6 years of experience developing data policies, standards, procedures, strategies, and frameworks.
• 6 years of experience in data governance, data architecture, metadata management, master data management, data quality, data warehousing, business intelligence, data modeling, and data analysis.
• 3 years of experience facilitating stakeholders to drive adoption of data policies and standards.
• 3 years of experience working with big data, predictive analytics, and data science
• 3 years of Skills in communicating and presenting technical concepts in business terms.

• 3 years of experience working with data automation, machine learning, or robotic process automation.
• 3 years of experience in business analysis, process engineering, or project management.
