All Air Heating, Cooling, and Healthy Air is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team! Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Because we offer state-of-the-art customer experiences, we need top-of-the-line HVAC CSRs who genuinely care about the customer and is not looking for “just a job” but a career.

The role consists of:

• Promoting customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Learning the call script to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintaining and updating our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Maintaining communication with the dispatcher, service manager, and marketing manager.
