All American Home Care, LLC is located in Delphos, Ohio and serves the older adult population with non-medical home care services. We proudly serve Allen, Auglaize, Mercer, Putnam and Van Wert counties.

The duties of the job include companionship, helping with personal care needs, preparing meals, light housekeeping and more.

All Applicants must have an appropriately insured, reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. All applicants are interviewed, referenced checked, background checked, and drug tested before hiring. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour.

Repsonsibilities:

As a caregiver, you will be primarily responsible for providing companionship and assistance with meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping including:

Provide social companionship

Support with a variey of daily living tasks and reminders

Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Assistance with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, bathroom needs and feeding

Overnight safety assistance

Providing medication reminders

Laundry

Helping family members learn safe care techniques

Qualifications:

Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect

Ability to interpret the client's provided care plan

Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and automobile insurance

Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations

Able to tolerate small pets

Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and emergencies

Be able to lift 25 pounds

Prior experience with senior care and dementia a plus!
