We are not your typical call center. No nights or weekends, no being on call, get home in time for dinner and maybe leave early some Fridays; you’ll love our 8 am – 4 pm Monday through Friday schedule. Want to work from home, in the office, or some of each? We can make that work for you. Once you complete training and have met our requirements, you have the option to work remotely some of the time or most of the time. It is up to you. Never worked a sales job? No problem! Our sales representatives call businesses around the country to offer advertising opportunities on high school products. Our goal is to help advertisers reach the markets they want to reach, and to generate income for high school athletics and other activities. We help create a winning solution for the advertisers and the schools by partnering together in their hometown.

Our average hourly rate with commission for this position last week was over $20/hr with the highest making $46. Starting wage is $12 dollars an hour + your commissions. On day one you have the chance to increase your base to $14 per hour. We want to get you there fast. Plus, every week, you can earn double and triple commissions. All earnings are paid weekly. We know sales can be hard and not for everyone. We do everything we can to help you win!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Connect with businesses throughout the nation asking for their support on high school projects

· Strategize to overcome community challenges for the success of the project

· Meet or exceed project targets as well as revenue goals

· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile

· Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to communicate clearly with outstanding listening skills

· Ability to work well with others in a professional manner

· Positive attitude

· Self-motivated
