Receptionist / File Clerk
Job Description
Busy land surveying company looking for highly motivated individual to answer multi-line phone system, maintain company files and other duties to assist as needed. Duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones in polite professional manner and route calls to appropriate team member; operate standard office equipment on a regular basis including copy machines and computer; maintain general office filing system by sorting paperwork/drawings alphabetically/numerically, creating new files and filing paperwork daily; daily data entry of field crew time sheets. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment independently. Must have experience with Microsoft Office. Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
