All Better Pediatric Group located in Coconut Creek is currently looking for an enthusiastic and professional Medical Billing Specialist who enjoys working with patients and physicians to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Working knowledge in medical revenue cycle management consisting of charge and payment posting

Identify missing or incorrect data on 1500 and correct claims following submission to insurance carriers

Identify any payer/denial trends while working payer specific claims

Ensure proper billing processes are followed and efficiencies are created in an effort to increase collection revenue

Develop a working knowledge of payer websites for eligibility and claim status verification

Preparing bills and invoices for medical services and treatments

Strong knowledge of computer billing systems

Ability to work well individually and in a team environment

Provides excellent customer support/patient billing resolution management

Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of two current years of working medical billing experience

Knowledge of EMR and CPT/IDC 10

Proficiency with MS Office

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Bilingual preferred (Spanish/Portuguese)
