Ensures client success in three all verticals. Buyers, providers and consultants
Creates onboarding process, holds account managers accountable
Stays connected to CEO | EA | DS | PD | Legall | HR (Client Services Team)
Buyer Tasks Assists with onboarding
Interviews clients, completes confidence reports
Offers updates on new offers, upsells, relationship mining
Assists with app profile building
Provider Tasks - | PBD | CMO | VP | COO | RM | CS (Provider team)
Handles updates from provider, relays to sales force
Handles contract edits, ensures provider is onboarded into the App
Delivers bi weekly status reports from ADC to the provider
Consultant Tasks - Makes sure they watch training
Accountability check ins
Bi weekly meetings with PD to ensure training is producing results
Collects feedback from consultants on how to improve training + process
Relationship mining offers insight from other aspects of the business to end consultants
