Small family-owned business looking for a recent high school graduate or college student for a part time or full time customer service and sales position. We are a recycling company so our sales are not high-pressure. We need someone who is going to be extremely personable over the phone and able to close so we can schedule paid pickups for our clients. No experience is necessary and there is a ton of room for growth and advancement for someone interested in working hard and learning quickly. The position is called "Recycling Coordinator" and our average employee earns at least $15 per hour including their hourly base and commission. Our top performing sales people earn much more than that but you would have to work your way up to that position. Requirements:
