Job Summary

We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

LPN License

Covid Vaccine Card / Medical Exemption / Religious Declination

Drug Test, if any

Physical or Medical Clearance

TB Screening

Shift Time: 7a7p, 7p7a, 6:30p-7a, 2:30p-11p and 11p7:30a

Possibility of Every other weekend Required

5 shifts a week guaranteed

Contract is for 6-14 weeks
