Job Summary

We want to partner with reliable a License Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

LPN License

CPR/BLS Certificate

Covid Vaccine Card

Valid driver’s license

EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.

CONTRACT DETAILS

Shift time: 7am - 3:30pm or 3pm -7:30am

Every other weekend required
