Job Summary

We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

LPN License

CPR/BLS Certificate

Covid Vaccine Card

Valid driver’s license

EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
