Job Summary: The Concierge for Ticket Sales is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests with ticket purchases, event information, and general inquiries. This role involves operating the scanning system, handling questions, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide assistance with ticket purchases and event information.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding event schedules, venue details, and other relevant information.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Provide information about venue amenities, policies, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and courteously.
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
- Assist with other guest services duties as needed, such as distributing event materials or guiding guests to their seats.

- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that generates a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Proficiency in operating ticketing systems and handling transactions.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience in ticket sales, concierge services, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of event schedules and venue details.
Rate of Pay : $15.00 per hour. This position typically works a 35-hour work week.
