*** Flexible part-time hours & partially virtual, must reside near Alpharetta GA *** All Inspired Boutique, a multi-location retailer of apparel, jewelry, and home decor is looking for part-time Fashion Social Media Specialist in Alpharetta, GA to create social media content for their in-store and online retail platform. 

This is the perfect position for a current college student studying fashion, photography/graphics design, social media marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or communications. What a perfect way to gain real-world experience applying your course of study while building your resume!

Flexible 10 to 15 hours a week may be worked partially virtual, but will include hours in the Alpharetta store three to four days per week for photography, and on-demand replies to follower inquiries within normal business hours/days. If interested, extra hours working retail sales in the downtown Alpharetta location may be offered. The ideal applicant will have a passion for fashion and decor, and have a thirst for gaining experience in the B-to-C social/digital media landscape. Top candidates will be able to demonstrate creative thinking skills, excellent social media photography, and impeccable marketing writing skills.

JOB DUTIES:

• Maintain social media profile on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and other platforms
• Engage daily with with social media followers in a demeanor consistent with our brand
• Photograph fashion and decor two to three times per week at our Alpharetta retail location to create social media content that resonates with our followers and drives in-store traffic

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled college student preferred

Excellent photography skills using the provided iPhone, and experience with graphics and video editing for social media

An interest or experience in fashion and styling, and an eye for details

Experience or talent in women's apparel, accessories, home decor, gifts

Strong organization skills working within a collaborative team environment

Creative and passionate about social media marketing, experience preferred but not required

Prior experience in social media scheduling platforms, such as Hootsuite, or willingness to learn

Must be available at least 10 hours a week with flexibility, Monday thru Saturday, and availability to be onsite three to four days weekly

Must live within a reasonable commute to Alpharetta, GA

Must be available to begin immediately upon hiring
