Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering multi-line phones, contacting customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that customer information and appointment times are added to our system accurately. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for basic computer skills, including experience with Gmail and Google Docs, Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
