    COME JOIN THE ALL LINES INSURANCE TEAM!

    We are an independent insurance agency looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our north side office.

    As an Account Manager, you will be primarily responsible for managing the agency’s relationships with its existing clients, servicing existing policies, and retaining new and renewing clients.

    These duties include but are not limited to:

    • Resolving customer issues regarding billing, coverages, etc.
    • Maintaining relationships with multiple insurance carriers to process quotes, binders, endorsements, etc.
    • Cross selling products to round out accounts for existing clients
    • Negotiating renewals for existing customers

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Determine appropriate client service support for new and existing clients; respond to client and carrier inquiries, maintain and enhance the company’s relationships with existing clients
    • Research and resolve coverage issues and billing discrepancies in a timely manner
    • Review insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy
    • Determine the needs of the client and identify cross-selling opportunities; round out existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending and implementing proper coverage
    • Research and maintain industry knowledge of developing trends regarding carrier underwriting, appetite and pricing changes
    • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to follow processes and procedures and help develop new processes and procedures to help the company become more efficient
    • Superior problem solving skills and proven analytical skills
    • Must be detail-oriented with high level of organization
    • Ability to work with internal and external clients at all levels
    • Effective, professional verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrates considerable tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment with ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships
    • Must be willing to participate in community activities and agency’s ongoing volunteer opportunities

    PREFERRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word
    • Previous agency management or CRM experience
    • Bilingual - Spanish/English – a plus, but not required

    EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

    • At least two years in a customer service role
    • At least two years experience in the insurance industry preferred
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Washington State P & C insurance license

    SALARY & BENEFITS:

    • Pay range dependent upon experience
    • Company benefits include medical, paid time off, eight paid holidays, paid volunteer time off, and retirement plan with employer match
    • Standard 40 hour workweek, Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
