POSITION TITLE: CLIENT SERVICES REP WORKSITE LOCATION: LENEXA, KS 66219 POSITION SCHEDULE: TRAINING IS 5 WEEKS - WORKING MON - FRI 8:00AM - 4:30PM, POSITIONS HOURS ARE 7:00AM - 10:30AM POSITION DURATION: UP TO 6 MONTHS PAY RATE RANGE: $14.85 PER HOUR

JOB DUTIES:

• Report client concerns using established protocols
• Provides education and guidance to clients
• Accurate identification and clarification of client or patient request
• Creation of complete and accurate documentation of all interactions
• Perform other duties as required to meet the customer requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous medical or customer service background preferred
