All Out G&D Tint & Paint Protection Apprentice All Out Graphics is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, hands-on Window Tint Installer. Our film team member will be responsible for installing paint protection, window tint and the odd decal install in our shop in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring your project is done on time with perfection, filling out the correct paperwork, and ensuring the customers are satisfied with the job. You have the ability to work weekends/evenings if during the day does not work for you (would need to be discussed with management). During training you would be hourly, once you pass all of your training modules you would then be switched to our Tier One per job basis, increasing your ability to make more money. This means that for every vehicle you do you get paid a certain amount. If you get faster at what you do, you make more money. Once you have been with us for a year and you are ready to be certified you would pay to get certified and once you have completed your course we would move you to tier two. You would then get more money per vehicle and would be able to make even more money. Our job is to make sure your schedule is completely full to ensure you are staying busy. If you want to work more, we will make sure we have as much work as you want to do. This on the other hand does not mean you get to only do one vehicle a day, we do have expectations for our customers and the jobs need to be done on time. If they are not, you will need to figure out what to do to get it done for the customer. Quick Overview - You would start on a $14.50/hour basis until you get through your training, once you have completed your training you will then be moved to a per-job basis and be considered Tier 1, once you are confident and pass your certification you would be moved to Tier 2 where you would receive more money per job. From there you could become the installer manager making even more money! This is Non-Negotiable. Do not apply if you are someone who is not willing to try new things.
