What to expect? • Leads • paid for CRM • 7 day a week admin support • Free health care • Potential to CAP • Paid for CE, coaching, and training • Free listing photographs • Potential for stock options and residuals Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Connect and convert the large amount of leads provided Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+ at plan yearly
