    Are you a Realtor who is struggling with the market shift? We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to handle our overflow of quality, paid-for LEADS. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. We will provide the leads, technology platforms, administrative support, transaction and listing coordinators, coaching, vendors, and amazing culture. Responsibilities: Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Convert a constant flow of leads • Manage the CRM that we provide • Assist leads and clients with showing appointments, contract negotiation, and closings Qualifications: Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Real Estate license or in the process of obtaining real estate license Compensation: $85,000 - $150,000
