All Reasons is a well established moving company that provides local, long distance, international moving and storage services.

We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Associate to join our team. This position supports the Sales Manager and responds to customers and drivers providing high quality and timely support.

This position exists to ensure the customer experience is seamless. Processes and procedures are followed and paperwork is completed per company standards and State Regulations. In our fast paced environment we are looking for a team member that is organized and able to keep track of multiple projects at a time. Job duties consist of handling moderately complex assignments as well as the routine day-to-day administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with generating quotes from information received from Customer and Manager
• Respond to customers immediate needs. Maintain on-going client relationship and provide general customer support as needed
• Ensure documentation is n order and accurate
• Assist with logistics and coordination of pickups and deliveries
• Provide assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant issues
• Update database as information becomes available
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status reports
• Close out Jobs: Reconcile charges against payments received for accuracy
• Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned, to include answering phones

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience 2-3 years related experience in Project Coordination, Sales Support and/or Customer Service
• Proficient with technology; Microsoft Word and particularly MS Excel
• Math Skills: Position requires mathematical knowledge to reconcile accounts once payments have been received. Proficient at basic math, percentages and fractions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
