    So why are we hiring?

    Recently, Lori, the person who holds this position decided she wanted more opportunity to make a difference so she got her license and is now part of our advisor team. In the interim she's being fulfilling this position while learning the ropes of sales but she's ready to give sales her full focus. We are excited about the growth and all the new ways our team will be able to focus their efforts on serving others. What a blessing!!! That said, we need to hire a Office Coordinator to fill the position being vacated by the promotion.

    This is where you come in. We are looking for flex-time (about 25-30 hours a week to start. After training this position is full time.) help with assistant, administrative, and customer phone communication type work.

    A small sampling of the type of work that needs to be done is as follows:

    Greeting our walk in guests

    Answering multi-line phones

    Ensuring our clients have a 5 star experience whenever they need us

    Organizing documents

    Documenting processes/procedures

    Data entry

    Critically analyzing data to ensure it meets guidelines/standards

    Submitting time sensitive documents

    Keeping our clients and community up to date via social media, newsletters, community events and volunteering
