We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team!

Immediately available in the Longview/Tyler area, $80-120K first year potential, if you meet our requirements and have a great personality you could be on your way to making the biggest change in your life. Construction knowledge not required but being able to learn a presentation and use a tablet or IPad is required. Leads provided and No cold calls! Training Draw and Incentives available. Experience a plus and having a car essential. Evening and Saturday appointments required. No Overnight Travel and Advancement Opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with home owners
• Strong negotiation skills
