    Client Procurement Specialist

    As Client Procurement Specialist, you will be expected to perform supply chain services in support of our service organization, evaluate supplier performance, provide technical expertise for alternatives to parts required and serve as the key focal point for internal and external customers on the availability of parts required to service their equipment.

    Responsibilities of Client Procurement Specialist:

    • Utilize existing and expanding vendor base and distribution channels to purchase supply of job materials
    • Read parts / equipment manuals to assist in procuring materials
    • Analyze information and make sound procurement decisions
    • Build customer relationships with internal and external partners
    • Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
    • Source and negotiate materials at the best price

    Required Experience for Client Procurement Specialist:

    • Knowledgeable in Refrigeration, HVAC and / or Commercial Kitchen repair
    • Experience with shipping and logistics a plus
    • 1-3 years of Procurement experience a plus
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite
    • Proficient in the use of analytics and system reporting
    • Experience with ERP system
    • Excellent communication and analytic skills

    Compensation is commensurate with experience, with eligibility for earning quarterly performance bonus based on achieving critical targets in customer satisfaction, process improvement, professional development evaluations and offers comprehensive ADP medical benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment and 401k with employer match after 3 months.
