JOB DESCRIPTION: 

All Star is looking for a new Teammate to join our customer service team.  This is a full-time position that will be based out of our Lenexa location.  This can be a part time position as well for the right candidate.  This position will involve supporting the sales team at our Lenexa location with Administrative work such as filing, answering phone calls from our clients, simple cash transactions, writing up orders and helping our clients with simple order pick ups from our store.  Reaching out to other clients through phone and e-mail to grow additional sales is expected as well.  

JOB DUTIES: 

In addition to customer service, this teammate will support the sales efforts of other teammates and assist them in providing quotes, follow-ups, and other essential parts of the sales process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

All Star is looking for an individual that can provide excellent customer service to maintain their high standards.  A willingness to work in a team oriented environment is important, as this position will be working with and providing support to various other departments as needed.  Word and Excel experience is a plus, along with general e-mail and internet research skills.  Creative writing is important as well.  All Star is looking for energetic and warm personalities that are willing to go the extra mile for their clients.
