As a Customer Care Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone as well as potential clients who visit the dealership. You will also be responsible for handling all incoming calls for the various departments in the dealership. Outstanding customer service, organization, and follow-through are required.
JOB DUTIES:
Monitoring and contacting internet and phone leads
Determining each customer's vehicle needs through active listening skills
Setting, confirming, and following up on customer appointments
Maintaining current customer information into the customer database
Perform post sale follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Scheduling Service appointments
Answering incoming calls
Other duties as required
