Job Description

As a Brand Ambassador, the priority for this position would be customer service, consumer sales, and assisting customers through direct brand education. This person would be responsible for maintaining customer accounts through customer service and increasing sales through direct account setups. Our Brand Ambassadors are infectiously positive, upbeat individuals with a passion for customer assistance.

Position Details:

• Supports an environment of genuine customer connect
• Stays up to date on active promotions and sales by communicating with our promotional team
• Basic sales and customer service
• Educates customers of the ins and outs of each of our branded products
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales goals determining each team’s target
