STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACHES WANTED - Join our multi-disciplinary team of athletic coaches, skills trainers, and certified professionals in a constantly collaborative learning environment striving to redefine how health and wellness is delivered. At the Fight ON! Training and Wellness Center, you have access to a full service training facility with over 12,000 square feet of space and state of the art equipment. As one of the strength and conditioning coaches, you will lead individual and small group training programs targeted for middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. You will design, develop, manage, and instruct multiple training programs targeted for sports specific training. You will build overall fitness and athleticism while focusing on the core exercises that build speed, quickness, strength, conditioning, power, and explosiveness. Demonstrate proper mechanics and form of all exercises. Create video tutorials of exercises and training programs. Lead 1:1 and small group training sessions. Conduct online training sessions (as needed). Interact, engage, and communicate with members. Create a fun-filled, high energy, and exciting environment for training. Use innovative drills and exercises to build athletic performance. Use next generation training equipment for rapid development. Required Qualifications: Pursuing or obtained Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Health and Human Performance, or related program. Pursing or obtained a NSCA - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. At least 1 year of experience working in personal and small group training and/or collegiate or professional Strength & Conditioning. Preferred: Masters Degree in Kinesiology related field. Posses a FRC - Certified FRC Mobility Specialist (FRCms) Certification. Experience with team sports. - The Fight ON!
