    JOB DESCRIPTION

    ATC is looking for an Ad Sales Coordinator who is highly enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and a creative thinker.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support team in daily campaign maintenance
    • Manage campaign lifecycle including but not limited to: New client account setup, Ad calendar management, Ad trafficking, Campaign monitoring, Reporting & Monthly billing reconciliation (creating and tracking invoices, collections, talent payments)
    • Responsible for coordinating promotional assets from clients to the proper organizational folders and communicating updates to team members/show hosts.
    • Assist with inventory availability requests
    • Monitor campaign pacing 
    • Provide mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reporting internally
    • Develop optimization strategies to streamline organization for campaign management and billing

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • College degree with minimum one-year media sales experience preferred, or equivalent experience
    • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, high pressured environment to meet strict deadlines
    • Solid time management, proficient computer and strong oral and written communications skills
    • Strong analytics, problem solving, and decision-making skills
    • Experience in ad ops and/or media sales planning
    • Comfortable with analytics platforms and has an eye for understanding data (Art19, YouTube, Chartable, Podsights, Podtrac, Apple Podcast, Spotify, Google Podcasts)
    • Familiarity with third party ad servers and ad ops platforms (Art19, Google Ad Manager, Facebook Manager)
    • Excellent MS Excel skills, and comfortable with MS Office products (Word, Powerpoint)
    • Superior organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple priorities with confidence
    • Ability to focus, communicate and manage time in a remote work environment as needed
    • Strong analytical skills: attention to detail, ability to streamline, reconcile, analyze and present data to assist with management reporting.
    • Ability to quickly learn new programs and software
