A private family and multi-business-portfolio owner in Las Vegas, NV seeking an organized Analyst.

Duties:

• Transcript all the relevant information from a meeting or a call
• Organize steps before and after meetings to assist executives
• Maintaining records
• Diligent note taking on business calls
• Drafting and answering emails and phone calls
• Manage a high-stress, high-demand environment

Skills/Requirements:

• Extremely diligent detail-oriented multi-tasker, with excellent prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible work hours and available by phone, text, or email when needed
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including telephone etiquette
• Professional mindset with the utmost discretion
• Valid driver’s license is required
• United States work authorization
• Adaptable team player
• Fast and accurate typer, minimum 60 wpm
• Strong working experience with spreadsheets and formulas, including table creation, mail merges and basic formatting
• Knowledge of general office procedures
