Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Insurance Brokerage Firm – Base Salary to 75k/year -Hewlett, NY

• Our client, a sixth-generation insurance brokerage firm, has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. They provide a comprehensive range of both commercial and personal insurance products and risk management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Enter customers into EPIC
• Process endorsements for new business and excess lines
• Enter quotes and marketing
• Answer phones and taking billing calls, processing faxes and emails
• Follow up with expiration lists and request renewals from wholesalers
• Assist Account Executives with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of insurance experience
• Experience with EPIC agency management system a plus
• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 75k/year depending on experience
• Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, Paid Holidays
• 3 days in office, 2 days remote
