Commercial Lines Insurance Producer – Commercial Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 70k/year - West Chester, PA

• Our client is a privately held independent commercial insurance company looking for a Commercial Lines Producer to join their team in West Chester, PA to engage, develop and onboard new commercial lines insurance clients. • The Commercial Lines Producer is responsible for producing minimum annual revenue amounts for the commercial insurance division. As a Commercial Lines Producer, you will also be responsible for maintaining strong business relationships with clients, achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

Responsibilities:

• Producing minimum annual revenue amounts for commercial insurance division.
• Work with Account Managers, Claims Advocates and Customer Service Professionals during new business quotes and client renewals.
• Keep informed of industry developments, trends and new products to become an industry and product expert.

Qualifications:

• Must be Property and Casualty Licensed.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales and the Commercial Insurance industry, specifically to brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, financing, and funding processes of the Commercial Insurance industry required.
• Demonstrate professional, tactful negotiation and persuasion skills and feel comfortable cold calling and presenting to clients.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 70k/year, plus robust commission structure.
