Our client, a new-fashioned insurance brokerage headquartered in California, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines CSR. You will have the opportunity to start in customer success, agency operations, and account management as well as develop into a leadership/partner role within 2-3 years.
Responsibilities:
The Commercial Lines CSR will be responsible for managing client workflows such as certificates of insurance, submissions, compliance, policy changes, data entry, underwriting, billing, renewals, support the CEO with admin tasks, etc.
Qualifications:
Commercial Insurance experienced preferred.
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
AMS 360 experience a plus.
P&C Licensed preferred.
Compensation:
Base salary in the 60k – 110k/year range depending on insurance industry experience & prior leadership experience.
Commission on new business you bring in.
