    Regional Sales Manager - Building Products - Base Salary to 120k/year - Seattle, WA

    • Our client specializes in high quality composite decking and railings to create an outdoor space for any and all styles.
    • They are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This position will be responsible for managing, directing, and driving the sales efforts in the assigned area as well as nurturing and expanding existing business relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops profitable new business relationships and grow sales in the existing accounts.
    • Facilitates meetings with current and potential customers that foster and maintain relationships with those customers.
    • Generates outbound communication to potential and existing customers to qualify leads and sell products and services.
    • Plans, organizes, and directs activities and services that enhance the customer experience and ensures customers are satisfied
    • Forecasts sales for the territory utilizing CRM pipeline data.
    • Attends customer events, tradeshows, industry gatherings, and meetings.
    • Maintains adequate product knowledge and stay up to date on company’s product offerings and features.
    • Manages day-to-day performance and activities using Salesforce.com.
    • Effectively presents and proposes changes and programs to the leadership team that would help achieve objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
    • 1+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in the building products industry.
    • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.
    • This position will require travel 40-50% of the time.
    • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 100k - 120k/year range plus monthly commission and annual bonus
