    • Our client provides construction management services, delivering maximum results for clients in multiple market sectors across the northeastern U.S. Founded in 2002, they serve as the owner’s representative and advocate through all phases of a project under a variety of delivery methods. They have spent the past 20 years building their reputation for quality through a proven track record of hundreds of successful K-12 schools, colleges/universities, and municipal/public sector projects throughout the tri-state region.
    • Currently, they are seeking a Construction Account Manager to join their growing team and work out of their corporate office in Jersey City, NJ. The Construction Account Manager is responsible for servicing the contracts for their specifically assigned clients, ensuring client needs are met and understood by each department in the company. The Construction Account Manager will be responsible for handling any client concerns, working to find solutions to any client issues and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with clients to ensure all their needs are understood and addressed.
    • Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new contracts.
    • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests.
    • Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s needs.
    • Act as the client representative within the firm to ensure client demands are met with a focus on improving client experience.
    • Collect and analyze data concerning client behavior to understand changing needs and make recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • 7 + years’ experience in the related industry preferred, Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Property Management, etc. Ideal candidate will have Project Management experience.
    • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
    • Ability to quickly analyze potential issues and correctly identify solutions
    • Proficient using MS Office software
    • Effective communication skills and engages heavily in collaborative group settings

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 90k – 115k/year range
