Controls Engineer - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 105k/year - Cleveland, OH
Our client is an industry-leading manufacturing company. They are seeking a Controls Engineer (internally titled Electrical and Controls Engineer) to represent their company. This is a great work environment, and the plant is in excellent shape.
Responsibilities:
Comply with safety procedures and review specifications and standard practices.
Design and modify existing machine control solutions (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic).
PLC programming (mostly Allen Bradley). Working with Motion controllers and HMI’s.
Work with internal hardwired devices, logic standards, and general specifications.
Work with customers to support machinery and installation needs.
Provide technical support.
Travel of up to 20%.
Qualifications:
5+ years automation/controls engineering experience.
Experienced with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI.
Experienced with RS Logix and operator interface design and programming.
Familiar with industrial automation machinery.
Experience creating schematics and layouts using AutoCad.
Experience with fanuc robots.
Compensation:
Base salary up to 105k/year
